Just swipe your card at any of the readers. The black stripe of your Credit card should be on the right. Once you're finished washing your car, just push the button on the reader to stop your timer.
Once you swipe your Credit Card, it starts a timer. When you're finished, push the button to stop the timer. Watch the display and it will tell you your actual charge.
By default, your card may pre-authorize $10 with your bank, which is pending. This is normal. After 2-3 business days, your bank will update the pre-authorized $10 charge to the actual charge.
